DisneyLand!!

We had so much fun on our vacation destination Disneyland! Kiel left home Tuesday the 29th around 6:00pm for the drive to Vegas. We arrived at 1:00pm but it felt like 2:00pm because of the time difference. We were so hyped with Disneyland thoughts McDonald's and Rock Star It took me 45 mins to fall asleep. I normally am dead asleep once I hit the pillow! While in Vegas we we hung out around the strip, my favorite is the M&M factory, the pirate boats at Treasure Island and seeing the Lions at MGM Grand. During our adventures in Vegas I found the coolest thing.... the arms moving, it even looks super creepy!!
Who on earth thinks to make a punching Nun??

We left Vegas Oct 1st for the 6 ish hours drive to CA. Rick and Jessie drove with us on the way.....we are so goofy we laughed at the studiest stuff we saw a bill boards that said something to the effect of " Alien beef Jerky" with a weirdo looking Alien ready to chow down, and when I was eating a granola bar that was supposed to taste like Smores and it didn't so with my mouth full I turn around to Rick and Jessie and try to tell them" it tastes sooooo gross" with granola bar coming out my mouth. Who does that? I always have the most fun hanging out with my family!
We are Fish's so we are wacky and we also love the beach!! After settling into the hotel we made a mad dash to Hunting Beach. The beaches in Cali this time of year were amazing! The water was pretty warm and of course salty! Yuck! Rick pulled out a nasty looking chuck of sea weed and played dress up with it! He looked like Ursula in Little Mermaid!!

Rick and his super gorgeous seaweed hair!!

You can't go the beach without someone being buried! It stayed buried for a good 10 ish mins, so everyone can get a chance to jump on her legs and ask you if "can feel it". As dad comes up and keeps jumping "you can't feel it?". It was actually pretty relaxing till the shore started to come closer and closer. I was going to have a heart attack, I have this fear of drowning! Who knew huh?

We had two full days at Disneyland, it was perfect! Our first ride was Indiana Jones, we walked right on! We all had a blast, Mom even went on most of the rides, she exspecially loved the snake on Indian Jones. Mostly because Jessie pretended with her hand that it was a snake and started pinching her on the ride, I could tell Mom was having fun with all her sceaming! We love you Mommy!!

The Family

So uh... Daniel just happened to be wearing a red shirt which matched the "gay days" red shirts. Rick being the lovely brother he is kept trying to take a picture of Daniel and his red shirt. Rick got pictures of him running, hand in front the camera. This one is my favorite because Daniel is such a good sport and was still smiling through the harassing. Nathan took the picture below! Good work Nathan! When we went on lunch Daniel hurried and changed his shirt. I don't blame him.....

Jessie and I chilling with a brotha!

On Sunday most of the family left to spend the night in Cedar City, Rick didn't have work Monday so he hung out with us the rest of Sunday and Monday. We just had to get one more day at the beach because we love it!

All the kids!

Look I am not sticking my tongue out!!

Kiel, Rick and I left Monday morning for the long drive home. We only made a couple of pit stops, I even drove a little. I think we left Cali 9am is and arrive in SLC around 8 ish.

Rick and I after several hours in the car! We are gangsta!
Kiel and I can't wait to go back 2012!! By then we hope to have a baby to share the memories with! Also thank you my sweet Kiel for driving, I sorry you had a numb butt!

Brad Paisley

Last spring Kiel and talked about going to a country concert! We just got lost in the summer and everything else we had planned so we never bought the tickets and by the time we actually went to get the tickets we just thought they were sold out! On my way to work the day before the Brad Paisley concert Sept 30th, Kiel called and told me he bought us tickets! He is so sweet, he had planned to surprise me after work and he just couldn't wait he was so excited to tell me! LOL. We had so much fun together at the concert! We had the grass seats and only waited about two hours in line, its crazy because everyone who has grass seats runs to get a good spot! Its actually pretty hilarious!

Our view of the concert! It was a pretty sweet spot!

One of the funniest things Kiel and I are on the same page about is we are both impatient! No joke we go crazy having to wait and that's when we get a little silly.....

This is what is called a "Stephanie classic!"

My Kiel

One of my favorite Brad Paisley songs is called New Again. I cry every time I listen to it! I was so happy that at the concert he sang this song! I love it!!! Everyone needs to listen to it here is the link a music video and the lyrics:

"(Brad Paisley)Mother - Do not cry for me. All of this is exactly how it's supposed to be

(Sara Evans)I'm right here. Can you hear my voice? My life, my love, my
Lord....my baby boy

(Brad Paisley)As they nail me to this tree, Just know my Father
waits for me.....

(Sara Evans)God how can this be your will? To have your son and my
son killed?

(Brad Paisley)Whatever happens...whatever you see...Whatever your
eyes tell you has become of me This is not...Not the end... I am making all
things new again

(Sara Evans)I remember when you were born In that manger where I
first held You in my arms So many miracles and lives you've changed And this world
repays you how? With all this pain

(Both)Whatever happens(Whatever happens)...whatever you see(I don't wanna see)...

Whatever your eyes tell you has become of me.This is not...

Not the end...

I am making all things new again "

One of Kiel's favorite Brad Paisley songs is Waiting on a Women. Go figure huh! When ever I am taking too long to get ready or am doing something that he thinks I am taking too long to do he pulls out his phone and plays Waiting on a Women.... he cracks me up! Here is the link if you want to watch the music video!

My Sisters Keeper

My mom is soo awesome! She bought me the book "My sisters keeper" because I have been wanting to read it ever since I saw the trailer. I finished the book in little under a week, I would have finished it sooner its only 423 pages so its a good read. I got side tracked with "life" so it took be longer than I wanted! It sucked me into the book in the first page. Jodi Picoult is an amazing with the plot and characters. I don't want to say too much and spoil it if anyone decides to read the book. If you watched the movie and loved it then you MUST read the book its ten times better!

Anna, the youngest daughter is my favorite character. Next in line is Sara, the mother. They are the most complex. Anna is fighting for the rights to her body, and Sara is fighting to keep Kate alive that she forgets about the rest of her family.

Last Tuesday my mom and I went and watched the movie, a much needed "girls day" before I started my job.... Great movie! There were maybe a few things like that weren't like the book and kinda bugged, but I am for sure buying My Sisters Keeper when it comes out on video!

LiFe In JuNe Is GReAt!!

I love June! I love June even more when it rains! Only this year I have have been trying to get the yard work done and its taking FoReVeR! I am very proud of myself as I have been doing most the work myself! Kiel is the mower, I am the everything else girl. A couple of more days of shoveling, weeding, and mowing the lawn and the Foulk yard will be golden!

Next projects include but are not limited too...
1. Find a GOOD job for Stephie! 2. Painting the flooring of the deck with weather sealer stuff!
3. Finishing the basement, it looks like Freddy Kruger had way too much fun down there!! 4. Tile the kitchen, bathrooms, and entry ways. 5. Finish the computer room!

Sigh, oh the joy of projects! I love it!! Yes the Yard is in need of flowers to make it look more a live the red chips thingies make it look clean but also dead! As soon as I find a job the and get paid the empty pot below will have flowers in it!! ( I killed the plant that was in there, well really winter killed it. I assisted with not putting it inside during winter. Drat!)
